Abigail Beach/Creative Director

Abigail Beachy’s artistry explores that of the journeywoman’s alternative universe, one that lives within. While the Philadelphia born painter spent her formative years between Pennsylvania and Virginia, her permanent home is her canvas. Equal parts scientific, navigational, and folkloric, each one of Abbie’s pieces tells a story personal and true to the artist. As of late her mission of expansion has pushed her further inward as opposed to looking for environmental inspiration. Like those storytellers before her (thank you Memphis Minnie, Mae Jamison, and Carole Byard) every movement is deliberate giving way to a new road of self discovery.
