Whether they operate at a local, national, or global scale, these organizations are often far better at speaking to more inclusive communities. And while diversity in programming at nonprofits doesn’t always go hand in hand with diversity in hiring and board membership, there are still many that understand that meaningful change requires a holistic approach and people of color in leadership roles.”
